Malaysia Chocolate Fair 2010 @ Mid Valley

Malaysia first ever chocolate fair will be held this coming weekend at Mid Valley Exhibition Hall. You can enjoy variety kinds of chocolate imported from Russia, Sweden, Australia, German and US. Of course, we need to support our local brand chocolate as well. The event highlights include chocolate making demo, printing and quiz, especially dedicated to all chocoholics. Chocolate is highly nutritious foods, do have nutritional value and can contribute to the overall diet in a positive fashion.



This is the raw cocoa before drying to become cocoa beans. After roasting the beans, it must be cracked into nibs and winnowed. Grind the nibs into a cocoa liqueur. Conch and refine the chocolate. Lastly, mold and removed it when chocolate is hardened.
