Apam Balik aka "Dai Gao Min", "Ban Chang Kuih" is Malaysian version of pancake. Light brown crunchy layer on the outer skin, crispy at the crusts, filled with delicious ground peanuts inside, coated with melting hot butter and mount with a thin layer of castor sugar.
This stall is just nearby the Ma Chai Chee Cheong Fun at Menglembu township. Another must-try when visit the palace of groundnuts. The price is RM0.70 per piece, the whole apam balik have 10 pieces.
